Privacy Policy

Scrollproof is operated by KAK Digital LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have. We built the product to need as little of your data as possible.

Your videos

• Clips you upload are stored in private, access-controlled storage and used only to run your analysis.
• We auto-delete the source clip shortly after analysis (within 72 hours). We keep only the numeric scores and the derived heatmap images tied to your account.
• We never train any model on your content.
• We detect whether a face is present (for the "human presence" signal) but we do not run face recognition, build face templates, infer identity or demographics, or store any biometric data.

Account data

We store your email (for sign-in), your plan and credit balance, and your analysis history. If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details — we never see or store full card numbers.

Your rights (GDPR / India DPDP)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing the address below. We honour erasure requests within 90 days and will confirm when done. We give at least 48 hours' notice before any scheduled deletion that would affect saved results.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't use your clips for advertising or model training.
• We don't share your videos with third parties beyond the infrastructure needed to analyze them.
